Sweet & Sour Seafood Sauté

Get your wok on and be ready for an explosion of flavours and colours with this flavourfull recipe!


  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes; rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil over high heat and add the onions and seafood. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the other vegetables and the pineapple and cook while stirring for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and the Ginger Sweet & Sour Sauce and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve and garnish with green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
